2009 Plans

We are in the process of scheduling an event in Puerto Rico during 2009. Tentative plans call for one of two events:
  - two-day "Review Course for Bronze Level Cerification/Exam"
  - two-day Lean Accounting seminar

Last of Quality Gurus Dies

 

Dr. Joseph M. Juran passed away on February 28, 2008 at the age of 103.  He was the last of the 20th century Quality gurus:

  • William Edwards Deming (October 14, 1900–December 20, 1993)
  • Philip Bayard Crosby, (June 18, 1926–August 18, 2001)
  • Joseph Moses Juran (December 24, 1904 – February 28, 2008)

Review Course for Bronze Level Lean Certification / Exam

The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) is proud to announce a two-day "Review Course for Bronze Level Lean Certification" from October 10-11 at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Lean Bronze Certification exam will be offered the following day, October 12, 2007.

Certificate Series in Lean Enterprise
August 9 - October 4, 2007


Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA), in partnership with Puerto Rico Manufacturing Extension (PRiMEX), has developed a "Certificate Series in Lean Enterprise".
